As a part of our commitment to lifelong learning, last year we partnered with NowThis, the #1 most-watched news brand on social media among Gen-Z, to launch Learn This, a mini-series that centered on the topics that are affecting our world today.

Each episode was hosted by our Pearson Student in Residence, Naia Butler-Craig, science communicator, graduate PhD candidate in aerospace engineering at Georgia Tech, and founder of Black Girls in STEM, who met with experts and those affected by each topic, accompanied by articles developed in collaboration with Pearson authors.

Leveraging the NowThis team, our catalogue of Pearson authors, and voices people know and trust, we provided audiences around the world with the tools they need to both teach themselves and inspire a new generation of learning. Check out each of the six episodes below and visit the website to read more about how you can impact the world around you.

The New Space Race investigated how the commercial industry won't just change how we get to space, but the unexpected jobs we'll need when we're there — and what that means for us back on Earth.

The Unexpected Benefits of Gaming examined how video games benefit our mental health, as well as how you can get the most benefit out of them in your day-to-day life.
