Fosters community for employees living with disabilities.
At Pearson, our purpose is to help people realise the life they imagine through learning.
We’re a place where talented people with different viewpoints can have their voices valued and heard. We’re intentionally building a culture of belonging designed to attract and promote innovative, and skilled people, where everyone has the opportunity to make progress in their careers. We believe that a diversity of ideas and people enrich our company and help us serve our learners and communities.
Our culture ensures that we recruit the best talent, and that every employee feels valued and respected so they can contribute their unique talents fully. Joining our team means you’re supporting our work to innovate, serve our customers, and achieve excellence.
Together, we are raising the bar, holding ourselves accountable, and truly fulfilling our purpose.

How We Support Learners and Educators
Working at Pearson means you’ll be helping educators prepare the workforce of the future. We’re giving educators and learners the tools and skills to thrive in an economy driven by fast changing technology. When we do that, a world of opportunity opens for people of all backgrounds.
At Pearson, we do three things that support people at multiple points in their lifelong learning journey: we create and curate content and assessments, we deliver those through digital and physical products, and we help people build and verify skills.

Building Community at Pearson
At Pearson you’ll be joining colleagues who support each other personally and professionally. Part of that means building community with one another. Pearson’s Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-created and employee-led groups made up of colleagues who join because of shared interests, characteristics, or life experiences. These global groups are aligned with Pearson’s purpose and business goals. Each ERG is open to all employees of all backgrounds.
